Natalie Koehler
PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Nat is a massive nerd with a passion for legislation and standards that has spanned across her career in disability services.
Nat found her passion as a direct support worker in the early 2000’s and has never looked back. She made a quality promise to a household of people with a disability way back then that she intends to keep. Nat has collected a range of qualifications to support her endeavour including (but not limited to) a Bachelor of Psychology, Diploma of Quality, Cert IV in Government Investigations, Cert IV in Training and Assessment and most recently a Master of Disability and Inclusion.
Nat has been a quality manager and APO for over 15 years. Nat is valued for her ability to listen deeply and prides herself on quality improvement activities that maximises positive relationships with the people being supported. Nat is a terrible housekeeper (which she puts down to having too many pets, a husband and children as well as a disinterest) however her house often smells amazing because she has recently embarked on learning to steam distil essential oils.
Claude Staub
COLLABORATOR
Claude is easily inspired (and distracted) which has served him well in designing services for people based on their individual needs.
Claude has a long-term passion for individualised and person-centred supports that create lives that are interdependent (rather than dependent or independent). In other words, Claude started doing the intent of the NDIS way before it was in vogue (pre 2010). Claude is a talker, and he has talked to leading experts across the globe to fully understand what an inclusion revolution could look like over the years. He has hosted events, loves a power point presentation, can spend a significant amount of time on a logo, website or excel sheet. His background is in person-centered planning, social role valorisation, marketing, business development, adding up funding and leaving coffee cups all around the house.
Claude’s hobbies include volunteering for boards to support his children’s activities and his Swiss heritage and taking his Bernedoodle on more dates than his wife.
